Mochi donuts are a fusion pastry crossing traditional American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. Because it uses rice flour, mochi donuts bring more chewy texture and signature "pon de ring" shape allows new enjoyment in every bite.​

Our instore mochi donuts are not gluten free. We combine both rice flour and wheat flour to a perfect ratio of chewiness.​

Most of our glazes contain half and half ingredient. Please contact us for dairy-free donuts option. ​

We do not sell gluten free version in store, but you can purchase our gluten free mix on Amazon and make your own donuts anywhere ! ​
